Tokens are the website's digital currency used to run standard AI calculations and mini-readings. When you request a standard reading, a set amount of tokens is deducted from your balance. New accounts are automatically credited with 3 free starter tokens, visible in your profile dashboard.

You can buy token packages (Standard, Plus, Pro, Celestial) or purchase individual premium readings by clicking the checkout buttons. The website redirects you to a secure Stripe payment page, and your tokens or reading access will be instantly credited once the checkout is complete.

To secure your account, prevent automated spam, and ensure your saved readings and purchase history are safe, you must verify your email address. Clicking the activation link sent to your email unlocks your full profile.

You will not lose your reading or your tokens/payment! Before the AI starts generating a reading, the website creates a "pending" record on the server. If your internet cuts out, the server continues generating the reading in the background. When you reconnect, the website will display a recovery banner on your dashboard. Clicking it lets you instantly retrieve and read the finished content.

To prevent accidental double-spending of tokens or double-charges on Stripe, the system locks reading generation once you click "Calculate". The lock automatically releases once the reading finishes. If the generation fails or gets stuck due to a network timeout, the lock has a safety valve and will automatically expire and clear after 8 minutes.

The website uses text streaming to show the AI's response in real-time as it is formulated. This allows you to start reading instantly rather than waiting for the entire 3,000–5,000 word analysis to be completed by the server.

Generated readings are automatically saved to your profile's archive. You can view, search, or delete them in the "Archive" tab on your dashboard. They are cached so you can re-open them instantly without spending any additional tokens.

Yes! You can share your reading title, compatibility score, or cosmic "Big Three" signs. Clicking the "Share" button formats a post with these stats and a link back to our site. To protect your privacy, the actual text of your reading is never shared and remains 100% private.

All purchases are final. However, we may issue refunds or token credits at our sole discretion for verified technical failures resulting in non-delivery of a reading or confirmed duplicate charges resulting from a system bug.
